David A. Bristol, Jr.
Mr. Bristol is Senior Vice President of Sentinel Trust Company.

J. Thomas Eubank, JD
Mr. Eubank is Senior Counsel at the law firm of Baker Botts and a former member of its management committee. He specializes in estate and business planning and taxation. He is a former President of both the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and of its Foundation. Mr. Eubank also is a former governor of Rice University.

Daniel F. Flowers, ScD
Dr. Flowers has over 70 years experience in family businesses. He has served as CEO of family-owned manufacturing and mineral production firms and as a director of several private companies. Dr. Flowers also has served on a number of governing committees at Virginia Military Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

D. Fort Flowers, Jr. CFA
Mr. Flowers is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sentinel Trust Company.

Harvey C. Fruehauf, Jr.
Mr. Fruehauf has managed private investment portfolios for over 35 years. Those portfolios include holdings in public and private corporations, real estate, mineral interests and venture capital. He has served on numerous for-profit boards, including as a director of a Fortune 100 company for more than 30 years. He has been active as a member of many not-for-profit boards and currently serves as a member of Hillsdale College’s Board of Trustees.

Lucian L. Morrison, JD
Mr. Morrison is an attorney and an independent consultant and expert in fiduciary matters. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Trust Company (now Northern Trust Bank of Texas). He has served on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards.

Richard R. Cruse, JD
Mr. Cruse is a retired shareholder in the law firm of Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Martin. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in estate planning and probate law and in tax law. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Mr. Cruse is a former Trustee of the Houston Bar Foundation.

Manuel J. Mehos, CPA
Mr. Mehos is a private investor, a CPA and is currently the Chairman of Green Bank of Houston (chartered in 2005). He is the founder and former Chairman and CEO of Coastal Banc, a Houston bank that was sold in 2004 to Hibernia Corporation. He served as Chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas and worked at Goldman Sachs from 1980 to1985. In addition to serving other private and not-for-profit boards, Mr. Mehos was appointed by the governor to the Finance Commission of Texas. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas.

Mark M. Foster
Mr. Foster is a private investor and an active community volunteer in Golden, Colorado.

Elisabeth F. Prast
Mrs. Prast is a private investor and an active community volunteer in Winter Park, Florida.
